A book on how to treat and court children, written by an admitted pedophile. Ban or no ban?

NO BAN! I GOTTA FIND THAT AND GAIN KNOWLE- I mean I am against banning books. Yeah, that's it. All books should be free for anybody to purcahse, especially this one.
